L_MC1P Brake logic: Brake is applied prematurely, already in CiA state 'Fault reaction' (corrected from V03.25.00)
Corrected from:
Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion) from V03.25.00
(Update via Package Manager)
Response of the new version:
The brake is now only activated for closing following the execution of the error reaction of a monitoring.
The drive is thus first brought to a standstill by a quick stop (QSP) - provided that the error reaction is parameterised in this way.
What happens?
When a monitoring is triggered, the brake is erroneously activated immediately to close and does not wait for the parameterised error reaction to be executed first.
If the QSP function is executed as an error reaction, then the axle and the already closed brake work against each other.
When does the behaviour occur?
Automatic braking in the motion axis, subindex 110 = 2 (automatic brake logic (PLC)) and
in the inverter, a quick stop (QSP) is executed as a fault response of a monitoring.
