Response of the new version:
The execution of the CableCheck function is now not executed immediately in the described constellation, but only the next time the inverter is enabled.
This means that the described unexpected drop in engine torque no longer occurs.
What happens?
During operation in position, speed or torque control, the motor torque drops unexpectedly under certain conditions.
The reason for this is that the function for checking the wiring (CableCheck) is incorrectly executed, which in turn is the result of the detection of a supposed motor phase failure.
In the case of particularly dynamic processes, this monitoring may be triggered.
When does the behaviour occur?
Motor phase failure monitoring is set to no 'No response' or 'Warning' AND
Cable check mode setting 0x2C64:1=[1] 'Cable check after first controller enable or after encoder error'.
