i950 ES: Functional Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) via EtherCAT fieldbus modul (from V01.02.03)

Function extension: The i950 ES supports the transmission of safe information via the "Safety over EtherCAT" (FSoE) protocol according to the specification "ETG.5100", version 1.2.0. This enables an i950 with Extended safety (ES) to be integrated in the EtherCAT network on an FSoE Safety Controller (Lenze or Beckhoff).
The following topologies are currently supported with Safety Firmware V01.02.03:

PLC is EtherCAT master, TwinSAFE is FSoE master
