Application:
As part of the further development of the FAST Toolbox into the FAST Machine Framework, a web-based online diagnostic visualisation is available for each service (function) for a universal machine overview and more efficient service. The online diagnosis can be called up via the PLC Designer or directly via a web browser by entering the IP address of the controller. The following information is displayed in the online diagnosis:

FunctionView:
Topological overview of the programmed and active machine components in hardware and software.
Here, the machine builder can view his programmed and configured machine functions with their dependencies and derive possible error causes.
NetworkView:
Overview of the active network connections and their participants (e.g. EtherCAT)
Here the machine builder can check whether all his expected communication participants are available at the respective connections or whether there are errors.
Alarms: Display of active alarms of the Function and Network View modules.
Logbook: Historical record of information, messages and errors in a logbook.
All information of the online diagnosis is automatically generated from the PLC project, no additional programming is necessary.
