L_MC4P: Robotics supports i550 and CiA402 inverters from other manufacturers (from V03.24.00)

Function extension:
FAST Motion Robotics now also supports i550 and CiA402 inverters from other manufacturers.
In the PLC Designer, all motion axes (AxisRef) in the device tree that are integrated as CiA402 drives can now be selected for axis groups.
Note:
For CiA402 inverters from other manufacturers, a specially adapted device description file (*devdesc.xml) is required.
