L_MC1P_BrakeTest: Angular drift detection as switch-off condition of the test function without effect (correczted from V03.23.00)

Corrected from:
Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion) from V03.23.00.159
             (Update via Package Manager)

Response of the new version:
Brake test function: During the execution of the brake test function, the angle drift detection is now continously active, independent of the brake opening state. If an angular drift is detected, the brake test is aborted with an error message.

What happens?
FB L_MC1P_BrakeTest (brake test function):
The integrated angular drift monitoring to detect a movement of the motor shaft has no effect.
The switch-off condition for premature termination of the brake test sequence in the event of wear of the holding brake is also ineffective as a result. The brake test function is therefore always executed for the complete duration of the set monitoring period. If the brake cannot hold the load and slips, the motor shaft rotates despite the brake being closed.

When does the behaviour occur

  • Motor with holding brake and
  • use of the brake test function and
  • the brake is controlled manually for release while the brake test function is still being processed.
Controller: FB L_MC1P_BrakeInterface, input xReleaseBrake = TRUE.
i950 Para TA: TA Control bit "Brake release manual" = TRUE.

Which products are affected?
Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion).
