Inverter characteristic curve (WRK): Identification run aborts sporadically, display of flat phase voltages below 0x2DD7:6...:11 (corrected from V01.04.02)
Corrected from:
Servo inverter i950 FW: from V01.04.02.1546
Response of the new version:
The device internal phase voltage measurement now works correctly. The commissioning and device functions are now processed correctly.
What happens? The commissioning and device functions mentioned under Conditions are not processed correctly or are aborted with an error message. The reason for this is that the phase voltage measurement is not working correctly. The display parameters (0x2DD7:6...0x2DD7:11) for the phase voltages show wrong values.
When does the behaviour occur? Use of commissioning and device functions that access the internal phase voltage measurement:
Identify inverter characteristic curve (WRK),
motor parameter identification,
catch function (Flying Restart).
Which products are affected?
Servo inverter i950 FW,
- Device size BF3 and BF5: only devices produced before 14.03.2018 are affected
- Device size BF6, BF7, BF8, BF9: all devices are affected.
Short-term measures / evaluation / recommendations: Deactivate the use of phase voltage measurement: Parameter 0x2EN0:7 = Off [0].
