L_TS2P_FlexCam: setting eAllowDirection = both has no function

What happens?
The slave axis couples in within the cycle and thus travels the longer coupling distance.

When does the behaviour occur?
- The technology module is coupled from standstill to a curve shift via profile generator (xSyncIn =TRUE)
-Parameter eAllowDirection is set to "both".

Which products are affected?
L_TS2P_FlecCamState from library L_TS2P_TechModulesSynchronizingCamming

Short-term measures:

Before the cam disk is moved, the slave axis can be positioned on the coupling position:
- via the structure scCtrlbasicMotion the positioning can be executed via xMoveAbsExecute = TRUE to the coupling position, which is indicated by measuring point MP_lrSetYPos.
- After positioning close the coupling via xSyncIn.

Evaluation / Recommendations:
The TM FlexCam cannot automatically couple the slave axis via the coupling function on the shortest path. Furthermore, the coupling function does not prevent the axis from reserving during coupling. It is recommended to observe the short-term measure in case the slave axis has to couple on the shortest way or without reversing.

Hint:
There is no change planned for this behaviour.
