L_MC4P: Error when downloading a program with Delta3_xdof (corrected from V03.19.00)

Response of the new version:
The described behaviour no longer occurs during project download.
What happens?
When downloading a project with Delta3_xdof axis groups the download aborts with the following message:
- EtherCat Master file could not be written or
- Download aborted or
- It is not possible to start the project.
In this case the PLC Designer must be closed via the Windows task manager and the controller rebooted.
 
When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour only occurs sporadically.
An increased utilization of the engineering PC can increase the probability of occurrence.

Library:  L_MC4P_RoboticHandling (FAST Motion), only in versions V03.18.xx
