EtherCAT bus is not operational (fixed from V1.3)

Response of the new version:
After starting the Lenze controller, the EtherCAT bus becomes operational. The behaviour described below no longer occurs.
 
What happens? 
After starting the Lenze controller c520 or c550, the EtherCAT bus does not become operational. Entries appear in the logbook as follows:
...AL state code 'Invalid DC SYNCH Configuration' (0x30)
 
When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs sporadically and very rarely. In systems with small cycle times and few EtherCAT devices, the behaviour has not yet been observed.

Which products are affected?
Controller c520 as of V1.1
Controller c550 as of V1.1

Short-term measures:
Switch the controller off and on again.

Evaluation/Recommendations:
In very rare cases the EtherCAT does not become operational after switching on the controller. Application measure is the renewed power switching of the controller.
