i950ES: Safety parameter change is not saved leads to checksum error

Corrected from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:   from V01.03.07.1252

Response of the new version:
Simultaneous read acess during saving the safety parameters no longer leads to a CRC checksum change.

What happens?
After executing the Save parameter set in device command and restarting the i950 or the extended safety module (C2022:041), the CRC monitoring function of the safety parameters (0x638F Safety parameter set format error) responds sporadically.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs in the case of simultaneous saving and read access to safety parameters.
This is, for instance, also the case when parameter saving is triggered by the engineering tool (EASY Starter or PLC Designer) while a safety parameter is displayed for diagnostics purposes and thus cyclically read.
The parameter set can either be saved by means of the Save icon (floppy disk) in the toolbar of the EASY Starter or directly by executing the Save user data (0x2022:003) device command.

Which products are affected?

Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures:
While saving the parameters, there must be no simultaneous read access to safety parameters.
The safety parameters are also cyclically read when they are displayed in the monitor area of the EASY Starter, in the parameter list or also in the safety parameter list. This has to be avoided while saving the parameters, e.g. by changing to the Diagnosis tab and removing the safety parameters from the monitor area.

Evaluation/recommendations:
After response of the CRC monitoring function, the safety parameter set has to be newly transferred. Otherwise, the i950 cannot be enabled again. The behaviour is not necessarily detected when the safety module is commissioned, but may also occur later when the parameters are saved.
