Corrected from:
9400 HighLine V15.00.09
9400 Servo PLC V09.00.09
Response of the new version:
Speed measurement is correct, no unexpectedly high values in C50:1 and C51:0.
What happens?
When replacing a device and integrating the original memory module in the replacement device, the speed monitoring function immediately responds after booting the device Motor: Actual speed value > C00596; Error number C168 = 612040736.
Although the device is at standstill, the Speed setpoint 1 C50:1 and Actual speed C51:0 display parameters indicate unexpectedly high values (several thousand rpm).
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs under the following conditions:
The control card of the replacement device uses hardware version Revision 3 (C210:1 = 3x)
The parameter set on the memory module has been saved in a 9400 with a firmware version lower than V14.x (HighLine) or lower than V8.x (Servo PLC)
Select motor control C6 is unequal the default setting C6 = 1: SC: Servo control sync. motor
The memory module is 1:1 integrated into the replacement device without a new download or 'Save parameter set' in the new device
Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine V14.11.00 (Rev 3 Control board)
9400 Servo PLC V08.11.00 (Rev 3 Control board)
Short-term measures:
Save the existing parameter set once again in the replacement device: C2 = 11: Save start parameters and restart the device.
After that, the behaviour won't occur again.
Evaluation/recommendations:
The behaviour occurs when replacing a device during servicing. Executing the 'Save parameter set' remedy requires write access to C0002 (EZAEBK1001 keypad, Lenze engineering software, SDO communication via fieldbus).
