EtherCAT distributed clocks (DC): Slave axis reports error after initialisation (corrected from V02.11.12)

Corrected from:
i700 servo inverter, V1:      V01.11.12.12374
i700 servo inverter, V2:      V02.11.12.12375

Response of the new version:
The settings for the timeout monitoring and the EtherCAT synchronisation function have been optimised. Now, synchronising also works with long EtherCAT cycle times = 10 ms.

What happens?
EtherCAT 'Distributed Clocks' (DC) function:
After initialisation, the EtherCAT slaves output an error message.
The error message appears because longer EtherCAT cycle times also lead to a longer synchronisation phase of the EtherCAT nodes.
The logbook contains different entries:
  - AL status: 'PRE OPERATIONAL' (0x12),
  - AL status code: 'Invalid DC SYNCH Configuration' (0x30).
  - EtherCAT master stack
  - Communication error on bus system

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs in the case of operation with long EtherCAT cycle times = 10 ms.

Which products are affected?
i700 servo inverter,  V1
i700 servo inverter,  V2

Short-term measures:
Reinitialise the EtherCAT bus, restart the system.
