What happens?
The torque values read out by the 'MC_ReadActualTorque' FB are not correct.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if a 9400HL (TA Cia402) is operated as an L-force Motion axis.

Existing projects with L-force Motion:
Library:  SM3_Basic  (L-force Motion)  
                       (contained in the PLC Designer)
 
Short-term measures:
Use the torque from the process image and convert it accordingly:
      lrActTorquePercent := diActTorque / EXPT (2, 30);
      lrActTorqueNm       := lrActTorquePercent * lrMotorRefernceTorque;
