Function extension: The EPM-S130 EtherCAT bus coupler supports the modular machine configuration and can be operated as an optional node on the controller.
The Second Station Address (SSA) is saved fail-safe in the I/O bus coupler. The Second Station Address address can be accepted in two different ways:
By switching the mains for the bus coupler
By writing to the index 0x2359. Mains switching for the bus coupler is not required. The bus coupler must, however, be in the 'Pre-operational' state. A station reset (restart) is initiated via the index 0x2359 (values: 0=No function, 1=Reset).
