L_MC1P: EtherCAT outputs are not set to their default values when the PLC stops (corrected from V3.12.0)

Corrected from:
- Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion) V03.12.00.70
(contained in PLC Designer V03.12.00.177 and higher)

Response of the new version:
When the application is stopped, the process data will be reset and the connected drives will be inhibited by resetting the control word to 0.

What happens?
When the PLC program stops, the default PLC setting for the response of the outputs is: "Set all outputs to default".
This setting does, however, not apply to the motion axes. If the application is stopped in the PLC, the process data transferred to the lower-level drive controllers will not be reset, but the current values will be kept, i.e. the process data state will be frozen. If an axis has been enabled before the application was stopped, the axis will remain enabled even if the application is stopped and the setpoints will continue to be accepted. With speed control, the axis will continue rotating as a result.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if the PLC program is stopped when a motion axis is enabled.
Which products are affected?
- Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion)
  (contained in the PLC Designer)

Short-term measures:
None.
