Function extension:
The following encoders can be evaluated in parallel to the digital frequency output (LF-Out function) at multi-encoder interface X8:
TTL incremental encoders
Incremental sin/cos encoders
Hiperface absolute value encoders
Hiperface position encoders
The corresponding combination can be selected in C422 via the settings 10, 11, 12, and 16. Since all contacts are led via the Sub-D socket X8, an external Y cable or a distributor is required.
Since pin 7 and pin 14 have been assigned to the LF-Out function, a KTY evaluation is no longer possible via X8. As an alternative, the KTY can be evaluated via the resolver interface X7.
