Extension of the MCK diagnostic parameters

Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine and TopLine from firmware version 15.01.00.00

Functional description:
The diagnostic code C1247/000 has been created to improve the detection of defined states of the LS_MotionControlKernel. The code contains the following diagnostic information:
C01247/bit00: traversing range: limited
Is displayed if the software limits are set, there is no modulo measuring system, and the reference is known. For this, it is not important whether the SW limits in the respective operating mode are activated by the settings or not.
C01247/bit01: traversing range: modulo
Is displayed if the modulo measuring system is activated (C01201/001 ≠ 0)
C01247/bit08: lower limit of scaling constant
Is displayed if the internal calculation constant limits nV_scale to the possible minimum of 1.
The result is that the speed feedforward control value and the position do not match and the position control (if activated) does not work in an optimum way, which is indicated by bit08 = True.
This can be remedied by increasing C00011.
Calculation of the scaling constant:
nV_scale = (1.092 * C00011 * C01203/02) / (C01203/01)
C01247/bit09: upper limit of scaling constant
Is displayed if the internal calculation constant limits nV_scale to the possible maximum of 32767.
The result is that the speed feedforward control value and the position do not match and the position control (if activated) does not work in an optimum way, which is indicated by Bit09 = True.
This can be remedied by decreasing C00011.
C01247/bit10: maximum speed limited
Is displayed if the maximum speed is limited.
A user specifies his/her speed in units/s. However, it may not be possible to correctly map the maximum speed of the application internally anymore. This is the case if internal value ranges reach their limits. In order to improve the detection of such a state, a reference to an infringement of the internal value ranges has been generated in code C01247 with bit 10. If bit 10=1, the maximum speed of the application cannot be reached anymore. Service Message No. 18/2014 Page 9 of 31

Arithmetically, the following correlations apply:
V_max = 2^31/150% = 143165.5765
V_max = ( reference speed * gearbox denominator * feed constant ) / (60 s/min * gearbox numerator )
V_max = (C00011 * C01202/2 * C01204) / (60 s/min * C01202/1)
If the values of the application are entered in the formula and if a value > 143165.5765 results, the maximum speed of the application cannot be reached anymore. Only the value from C01211/001 can be reached as the maximum speed. This is indicated by C01247 bit 10=1.
This could be remedied by differently defining the units, e.g. cm instead of mm. For this purpose, the feed constant C01204 has to be changed correspondingly.
C01247/Bit11: quick stop active
Is displayed when the quick stop function has been requested and is executed.
C01247/bit12: quick stop standstill active
Is displayed when the quick stop function has been requested, is executed, and the drive is already at standstill.

Applications
All applications using measuring systems and/or the quick stop function.
