Response of the new version:
Using 2 CAN interfaces in PLC Designer projects does not influence the behaviour of the p500.
What happens?
The L-force p500 controller is very slow and difficult to use. When switching off the controller, the retain variables may not be saved.
When does this behaviour occur?
The above-described behaviour occurs if the MC-CAN2 card is used for a p500 controller and the two CAN interfaces are operated in sync mode (on the CANopen Manager tab of the CANopen Manager, the "Enable Sync Producing" field is activated).

L-force p500 controller V3.7 and higher

Evaluation/recommendations:
If operation of the two CAN interfaces is sync-controlled in a PLC project of the p500 controller, the p500 is very slow. This concerns e.g. the visualisation with VisiWinNET.
