Increased cycle time in the task with the highest priority due to the use of the CAA_File library (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
L-force controller c300 V3.12
L-force controller p300 V3.12

Response of the new version:
Using blocks from the CAA_File library no longer leads to much longer cycle times.

What happens?
The cycle time of the task with the highest priority rises significantly. In the Task Configuration you can note a high jitter of the task with the highest priority.

When does this behaviour occur?
If blocks of the CAA_File library are called in the task with the highest priority, the cycle time may sporadically rise significantly as a result.

Which products are affected?
L-force controller c300 V3.8 and higher
L-force controller p300 V3.8 and higher

Short-term measures/recommendations:
Call the blocks of the CAA_File library in a low priority task.

Evaluation:
If the file system of the controller is accessed from the PLC program, the cycle time may sporadically rise significantly or a task overflow may occur as a result. As a remedy, access the file system from a low priority task. Accesses to the file system are usually not time-critical.
