Corrected from:
- i700 servo inverter V01.05.06.9665
Response of the new version:
Now pole position identification (PPI at standstill) is repeated automatically if an insufficient amplitude of the measured current signal is detected as cause of the cancellation.
Before the next PPI, the amplitude of the measured current signal is automatically increased. This is repeated until the PPI can be completed successfully or until the maximum current limit is reached. When the maximum current limit is reached, the error message 0xFF13 will be displayed. In this case, the pole position cannot be identified for this motor.
What happens?
Pole position identification (PPI at standstill) is aborted with the error message 0xFF13.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the current amplitude is not high enough for executing PPI at standstill.
Which products are affected?
- i700 servo inverter ≤ V01.04.00.9125
Short-term measures/recommendations:
Raise the stator leakage inductance (0x2C01:3) and repeat PPI.
Evaluation:
The automatic repetition of PPI with adaptation of the measured current signal amplitude is a very user-friendly solution and significantly increases the usability of the PPI function.
