Transferring the CAN address switch to MCI module

Inverter Drives 8400 StateLine, HighLine, and TopLine from firmware version 14.00.00.00
 
Functional description
The switch position of the CAN address switch can be read out via an internal parameter command by the communication module.
This function can serve to also use the CAN address as "fieldbus address".
