Pole position identification (PPI): Start PLI automatically after controller enable (from V1.5.6)
Function extension: Now, additional modes for pole position identification (PPI) (at standstill) are available which allow an automatic execution of PPI after enabling the controller.
The following automatic modes for starting PPI (at standstill) can be set:
0x2C63.1 = 0: Inactive (Lenze setting)
0x2C63.1 = 1: Start PPI with controller enable - only once or after encoder error
0x2C63.1 = 2: Start PPI with controller enable - always

Application: Applications with synchronous motors (SM) in connection with feedback systems without absolute position information for identifying the pole position of the SM after power-on. E.g.: SinCos encoder with zero track. Often, linear motors are operated in combination with linear standards with SinCos interface as feedback.
