In the PLC Designer, the frame transmission time can be set on the Settings tab of the EtherCAT master. In this way you can select if the EtherCAT frame is to be sent at the beginning or end of a task. If the EtherCAT master is newly inserted into a PLC project, the standard setting "Send on task start" will be active.
LRW telegrams are supported. Combined read/write commands (LRW) can be used instead of separate read (LRD) and write commands (LWR). In the PLC Designer, you can select the use of LRW telegrams on the Master tab of the EtherCAT master.
