Unexpected rotating direction at start of PC manual control

Eliminated from:
8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine: FW version >= 13.00.00.00

Response of the new version?
The motor control follows the setpoints from the PC manual control without a pick-up movement occurring at the start.

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine: FW version ≤ 13.00.00.00

What is the response?
With controller enable in speed control of the PC manual control, a compensating movement takes place. The drive temporarily rotates faster than the current setpoint or it rotates in the opposite direction of the direction of rotation selected.

When does the problem occur?
When a movement via a previously carried out PC manual control has been aborted by controller inhibit, pulse inhibit, or a QSP. The setpoint integrators of the PC manual control in this case have not been loaded to zero or the actual speed value.
The response is the more distinct the higher the speed was during the abort and the flatter the ramps are set.

Diagnostics options?
Comparison of the motor movement if the previous PC manual control has been exited with a motor speed n= 0rpm compared to an abort with n<>0rpm.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.

Evaluation:
In the worst case a compensating movement takes place, in the opposite direction of rotation from the one selected, and/or the drive rotates faster than is set. The movement is temporary, depending on the ramp settings, and it is a controlled movement.
