Setpoint current in SLPSM cannot be preselected higher than 328 % (Eliminated from FW 12.00)

Eliminated from:
Inverter Drives 8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine from firmware version 12.00.00.00

Behaviour of the new version?
The accelerating current C0995/1 and the standstill current C0995/2 in the motor control type SLPSM sensorless PSM can be preselected up to 400 %.

Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine with a firmware version lower than 12.00.00.00

What is the response?
The accelerating current C0995/1 and the standstill current C0995/2 in the motor control type SLPSM sensorless PSM can only be preselected up to 327.99 %, and not, as expected, up to 400 %.
The setpoint 328 % represents a kind of overflow point. If 328 % is specified, a setpoint of 0% takes effect, if 330 % is specified, a setpoint of 2 % takes effect, etc.

When does the problem occur?
When actuating a synchronous motor without a motor encoder in the SLPSM (sensorless PSM) control mode on the inverter.

Diagnostics options?
Preselect current setpoints lower and higher 328 % and observe in C0054 whether the setpoint is implemented.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None. Only a maximum value of 327.99 % is implemented as expected.

Evaluation:
In the event of an error, the expected standstill and/or acceleration torque is not provided. The behaviour is detected during commissioning. Applications with synchronous motors that are actuated without sensors which require an accelerating current of more than 300 % of the rated motor current, are hardly, or not at all, relevant to everyday operations.
