Functional description
In the course of product development, function blocks have been implemented which are required for an 'electrical shaft' application.
The following blocks have been added:
• Data blocks for the communication via the axis bus of the 8400Topline LS_AxisBusxxx.
• Extension of the interpolation block (L_Interpolator) by a follow-up control to compensate for position offset due to missing data telegrams with limited compensation speed.
• Ramp generator for the slave with touch probe (TP) and synchronisation function for the acceleration to a master speed with angular synchronism (L_DFRFG_1).
• Master value processing to follow the setpoint signal with speed and angle preservation including touch probe correction, stretch factors and ramp-guided compensating motions (L_DFSET_1).
Applications
An entire interconnection of an 'electrical shaft' application can be generated by the application.
