No synchronisation when the cycle time is changed from 5 to 1 ms
What happens?
Operation of the 9400 standard device is not synchronised with the EtherCAT module even though this has been set in code C01120.
When does the problem occur?
The behaviour only occurs if the EtherCAT bus cycle in the EtherCAT master is changed from a larger value to a smaller value, and the DC synchronisation on the bus and the controller synchronisation via code C01120 have been activated in advance.

Diagnostics options?
If requested by the master in the OP state, the module signals the 'ERR SAFEOP' state and the AL status code '0x001a' (Synchronization error).
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Switching the mains power of the 9400 standard device and the EtherCAT module off and on again.
