Synchronisation and transition into OP state in case of DC use

Function extension
When the EtherCAT DC function is used, the module will only enter the OP state if the controller synchronisation has been selected using code C01120 (MXI1 / MXI2) and the controller is engaged in synchronisation.

This has also been implemented in the Lenze EtherCAT modules for 8400 and EMF 2192.
