Magnetisation time reduced (HL from V10.00 / TL from V01.10)

Function extension
After controller enable, the motor must be magnetised first, so that it can be started with the full torque. During this process, the magnetising current was limited to the rated motor current. In the case of small powers, this magnetisation phase takes a relatively long time, because the magnetising current almost equals the rated motor current.
The magnetisation process is now faster. Therefore the motor can be started with a shorter delay time. For the magnetisation, the current is now limited to the 1.75-fold value of the rated motor current.

Which products are concerned:
HighLine with firmware from V10.00
TopLine with firmware from V01.10

Applications:
When an inhibited drive is started. In particular in the case of dynamic applications, the delayed starting of the motor shaft is striking, if for instance controller enable and the speed setpoint are sent by a higher-level control within one cycle.
