Incorrect emergency telegram on the CAN bus (remedied from V7.0)

Eliminated from:
9400 HighLine SW V7.0

Behaviour of the new version?
If the drive axis issues an error, this will be indicated via an emergency telegram on the CAN bus if bit 31 is reset in code C0391/1. If the error status is subsequently cancelled, the correct emergency telegram is now sent, with error number 0 in bytes 4 to 8 of the manufacturer-specific area of the telegram.

Description of the problem
Error number 0 is not entered in bytes 4 to 8 of the manufacturer-specific area of the emergency telegram when an error is reset; the error number of the error that has just been acknowledged is entered here instead.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if emergency telegrams are activated (code C0391/1, bit 31 = FALSE) and an error is reset on the drive.

Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine SW ≤ V5.1

Diagnostics options?
The behaviour can be observed using a CAN bus analysis tool (e.g. PCAN Explorer) when the trip is reset. An emergency telegram is generated with a manufacturer-specific non-zero error code, although the error was successfully reset.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Additional reading of the error that is actually active ...

... from code C0168 by SDO access (parameter reading) or
... transmitting the error information DI_dwErrorCode by means of PDO transfer

Evaluation:
A successful reset of a drive error cannot be detected in the master control by means of the emergency telegram alone. Other remedies such as those detailed under Short-term measures/recommendations will eliminate the problem.
