Functional description
Previously, this value was permanently set internally to 20 rpm. This meant that, as soon as the speeds determined by the 9400 and SM301 differed by more than 20 rpm, an error message was output and STO was activated.
With the SM301 V1.3, this value can be parameterised.
Applications
If the two-encoder concept (resolver and load encoder) is used in a machine, this parameter can increase the availability of the machine. If components that tend to slip exist between the two encoders, the preset value of 20 rpm can be exceeded during acceleration or deceleration in some circumstances.
Engineer V2.10 and an 9400 axis module (E94AxxExxx4) with firmware V7.0 are necessary in order to make use of the extended function.
