CANopen - Sending sequence of Emergency and BootUp telegrams when device is switched on (remedied from V4.0 onwards)

Remedied from:
8400 StateLine  SW V4.00 onwards
8400 HighLine   SW V4.00 onwards

Behaviour of the new version?
The above-named software version rectifies this functional restriction.

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine  SW ≤ V3.01
8400 HighLine   SW ≤ V2.01

What happens?
When the frequency inverter is switched on, the BootUp and Emergency telegrams are sent on the CANopen bus in the wrong order. The Emergency telegram (0x080 + Node-ID) is sent before the BootUp telegram (0x700 + Node-ID). The result of this is that the CAN node is not detected by the control unit and the Emergency telegram is lost.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs on the CANopen bus when the device is switched on and a control unit evaluates the telegrams.

Possible diagnostics?
Analysis of the telegrams on the CANopen bus during switch-on. Error message of the control unit.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None

Evaluation:
This behaviour is usually noticed during commissioning.
