CAN initialisation after a bus off without mains switching (from V5.0)

Function extension:
Via the newly implemented 'bus off recovery sequence', the CAN controller can be reinitialised during operation after a 'bus off'.
Previously, mains switching had always been required for the initialisation after a bus off.
