Functional description
The basic LS_ManualJog function has been extended by the 'Manual jog including breakpoint' function. For this purpose the MAN_bIntermediateStopMode and MAN_FBData inputs have been created on the system block. The manual jog including breakpoint is activated via the MAN_bIntermediateStopMode input. This function has priority over the 'Manual jog including step limitation' function. The MAN_FBData variable is the interface for transferring the function block instance data to determine the positions for the breakpoint. Connect this input to the FBData output of the function block instance of type L_PosPositionerTable or L_PosProfileTable. In the function blocks mentioned above the breakpoint targets can be specified as parameters. A maximum of 16 breakpoint positions can be specified. Select via C02626/1...16 which of the positions defined in the function block are to be used as breakpoint positions. The selected breakpoint positions are displayed in C02627/1...16.
Applications
The 'Manual jog including breakpoint' function can e.g. be used to add a compulsory stop at certain positions. That way the user does not run the risk of accidentally going past those positions.
