ID1 error during motor identification (remedied from SL:V2.01 / HL:V3.01 onwards)

Remedied from:
8400 StateLine  SW ≤ V3.01 onwards
8400 HighLine   SW ≤ V2.01 onwards

Behaviour of the new version?
The above-named software version rectifies this functional restriction.

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine  SW ≤ V3.00
8400 HighLine   SW ≤ V2.00

What happens?
An 'ID1' error message can occur during the motor identification.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the motor identification (L-C00002/23 = 1) is executed with motors whose rated motor current is larger than 90% of the rated frequency inverter current. This is mainly the case with power-adapted frequency inverter-motor combinations larger 2.2 kW.

Possible diagnostics?
The identification is cancelled with error message 'ID1' and the rated motor current is larger than 90% of the rated frequency inverter current.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
1. Motor data for a power-adapted motor is already included in the Lenze settings (no motor identification required)
2. Select the motor from the Engineer motor catalogue and transfer it to the inverter.

Evaluation:
This behaviour is usually detected during commissioning and can be eliminated by applying the recommendations mentioned before.
