Contacting problem at the diagnostic interface (X6)

What happens?
The communication with the Engineer (codes highlighted in red) or OSLoader is interrupted.
The POWER LED at the diagnostic adapter is not on although the inverter supply is switched on.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if a communication between the PC (diagnostic adapter) and frequency inverter exists or if it is to be established via the diagnostic interface of the inverter (X6).
Possible diagnostics?
Move the diagnostic connector in the diagnostic interface of the inverter (X6) to and fro and secure it when the POWER LED at the diagnostic adapter is permanently on.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Secure the diagnostic connector in such a way to the diagnostic interface that the POWER LED is permanently on.
The contacting of the diagnostic interface is being revised at present. An improved version will be available soon. We will inform you accordingly.
Evaluation:
This behaviour only occurs sporadically during communication via diagnostic adapter and can be corrected by applying the recommendations mentioned before. The keypad function is not affected by this restriction.
