Error during reinitialisation when changing from SSC operating mode to absolute value encoder operation

Eliminated from:
EVS93xx-EK V8.1, EVS93xx-CK V8.1

Behavior of the new version?
The 9300EK drive controller does not stop within the intialization routine even if a Sin/Cos encoder or an absolute value encoder is set in code C0025. An absolute value encoder connected to X8 is not evaluated in the operation modes C0006 = 1 or C0006 = 11 during the initialization routine of the drive controller.

Which products are affected?
EVS93xx-EK V7.1, EVS93xx-CK V7.1

What happens?
The initialisation phase is not completed. The drive controller does not reach the 'Ready for operation' state.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if under code C0006 the SSC operating mode (C0006 = 1 or 11) is selected but a SinCos encoder or absolute value encoder is set under C0025.
The problem only occurs if in the settings mentioned above an absolute value encoder is actually connected to X8.

Possible diagnostics?
The drive does not indicate the 'Ready for operation' state (RDY) after an appropriate period of time.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
If the initialisation has locked up, codes cannot be accessed and as a result the unrequested configuration cannot be changed. In this case simply withdraw the encoder at X8 and execute mains switching afterwards. The initialisation is completed correctly now and the 'RDY' state is reached. As a result, the configuration can be changed. Set the values for C0006 and C0025 plausibly.

Evaluation:
The function restriction only occurs if C0006 and C0025 contain non matching values (faulty user parameter setting). Since the SSC operating mode is not used very often anyhow the error will nearly never occur in practice.
