Internal fault message ¨410 - drive not ready¨ can only be reset by connecting the 24V supply (remedied from V1.3 onwards)

Behaviour of the new version?
The fault message '410 – drive not ready' only serves for internal diagnostics purposes inside the Posi&Shaft application software and is not relevant for the user. If at all this fault message is only indicated for a short period instant and temporarily as warning under C4169/1 which with regard to the application is not to be considered as fault.
Once this function restriction has been eliminated in the application history buffer the fault message is no longer pending continuously. As a result, it can be reset without problems.

What happens?
The fault message '410 – drive not ready' which has only been implemented for internal diagnostics purposes inside the Posi&Shaft application software is indicated under C4168/1. This fault message and can only be reset by connecting the 24V supply and not by a fault reset.
When does the problem occur?
The problem only occurs sporadically in very few cases.
Possible diagnostics?
Display of the fault message mentioned under C4168/1.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
If necessary connect the 24 V supply in order to reset the fault message.
Evaluation:
The functioning of the drive is not affected by the fault message.
