Master (digital) frequency ramp function generator DFRFG does not work correctly in case of a negative master frequency signal (remedied from V7.0)

Which products are affected?
9300EP position controller V7.0
9300ES servo controller V7.0

Eliminated function restriction
The output signal was not generated correctly if the master frequency signal at the DFRFG1-IN input was negative and the DFRFG1-QSP input was reset.
Now, the negative master frequency signals are processed correctly.

Which products are affected?
9300EP position controller <= V6.2
9300ES servo controller <= V6.2

What happens?
The output signal is not indicated correctly if the master frequency signal at the DFRFG1-IN input is negative and the DFRFG1-QSP input has been reset.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the master frequency signal at the DFRFG1-IN input is negative and the DFRFG1-QSP input has been reset.

Possible diagnostics?
Make an oscilloscope trace of the DFRFG1-OUT output signal. If necessary use a converter instead of the internal oscilloscope in order to adjust the signal from phase difference to analog.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.

Evaluation:
In most cases the applications can be converted to positive signals.
