Adjusting the mark synchronisation and homing function (elimination)

Betrifft welche Produkte?
9300 servo cam profiler V7.1

Application
Cam drives which, in addition to the conventional homing / search for the home position after switching on the machine, sometimes or continuously have to execute a mark synchronisation during the production process.

Description
The terminals X5/E4 (DIGIN4) and X5/E5 (DIGIN5) can be used to record TP signals, e. g. via initiators at the machine. Regarding this, the DIGIN4 signal is evaluated by the REFC FB and CCTRL2 and can be used for homing purposes and mark synchronisation in the y-axis of the cam profile at the same time.
The evaluation of the negative and positive edge of the senor is always made by means of the setting under REFC (C0933) at the beginning of a homing process and can be selected separately for the mark synchronisation at CCTRL2-TP-EDGE-SELECT subsequently.

In older software versions the evaluation of the TP signals for the CCTRL function block has been inhibited under REF modes 8 and 9 and not re-enabled after homing. Thus the axis could not be synchronised cyclically. As a result, the mark synchronisation and the homing function could not be used at the same time in an application.
