With occurrence of a heartbeat event the emergency telegram contains a defective error code in byte 0 and byte 1

Which products are affected?
EPM-T110 1A 11 (CAN Gateway module firmware 1.1)
EPM-T83x 1A 11 (Compact module firmware 1.1)

What happens?
If the function 'Heartbeat' is activated in the I/O system and after the monitoring time, defined in the index I1016h subcode 1..5, no status telegram arrives, the I/O system switches to the status set in the index I1029h (e. g. Pre-Operational.)
The emergency telegram is sent once by the I/O system with the faulty error code '8100'. The correct error code in the emergency telegram would be '8130' for 'Heartbeat error (monitoring time exceeded)'.

When does the problem occur?
The problem always occurs, when heartbeat monitoring is activated and the monitoring time defined in the index I1016h subindex 1...5, is exceeded.

Possible diagnostics?
The faulty error code in the emergency telegram can be analysed by means of a software to analyse CAN telegrams on the CAN bus.

Short-term measures / recommendations?
The user is not able to modify the described behaviour, since the emergency telegram is automatically generated by the I/O system.

Evaluation:
The evaluation of the telegram, e. g. in a superimposed control, can be executed by an adaptation in the PLC program of the control.
