GDC does not enable storage and transmission of the inverter error compensation characteristic

Which products are affected?
8200 vector/motec
GDC/GDCeasy (all versions)

What happens?
During motor identification run the frequency inverter detects the inverter error compensation characteristic. This characteristic is not transmitted to the GDC, and consequently, it cannot be saved by the GDC when the parameter set is stored. If the stored parameter set is written in the same frequency inverter after the default setting has been loaded and the motor identification run has not been repeated, the drive behaviour can be modified.

When does the problem occur?
The drive behaviour can be modified, if the motor identification run is not repeated after the default setting has been loaded and a stored parameter setting has been downloaded to the drive controller.

Possible diagnostics?
Under extreme conditions but with the same parameter setting the frequency inverter shows a different drive behaviour, after the Lenze default setting has been loaded and the stored parameter setting has been written to the drive by the GDC.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
a) After the stored parameter set has been transmitted by the GDC restart the motor identification run.
b) Transmission of the parameter set by the keypad. (By means of the keypad additional information of the drive are transmitted.)

Evaluation:
An incorrect behaviour is detected during commissioning and can be eliminated by the measures described above.
