Latching the input of the minimum and maximum output frequency

Which products are affected?

8200vector 0.25 - 90 kW (≤ SW 3.1) with standard I/O or application I/O (≤ SW 3.1)
8200motec 0.25 - 7.5 kW (≤ SW 3.1) with standard I/O or application I/O (≤ SW 3.1)

What happens?

At an analog setpoint selection of 0 V and different acceleration and deceleration times, entering a value for the minimum output frequency (C0010) which is higher than the value for the maximum output frequency (C0011) may lead to an undesired change of direction of rotation.

When does the problem occur?

The malfunction occurs, when an analog setpoint of 0 V and different acceleration and deceleration times are set and the minimum output frequency (C0010) is set higher than the maximum output frequency (C0011).

Possible diagnostics?

Checking code C0010 and C0011.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

The frequency set in code C0010 has to be smaller than the frequency set in code C0011.

Evaluation

The problem is detected during set-up. A parameter setting of C0010 (minimum frequency) > C0011 (maximum frequency) is not useful.
