Transmission aborted during project download (elimination)

Which products are affected?
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC Version 6.5 DSMC control board)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 6.5 DSMC control board)
EPL-10200 EI (Drive PLC Version 6.5)

Eliminated function restriction:
Using both parameter channels (e. g. 'channel 1' for DDS and 'Channel 2' for HMI) at the same time does no longer lead to transmissions being aborted when downloading a DDS project.

Which products are affected?
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC Version 6.2 DSMC control board)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 6.2 DSMC control board)
EPL-10200 EI (Drive PLC Version 6.2)

What happens?
Transmission is aborted when downloading DDS projects from the PC to the target system. The error message 'no program' is displayed on the keypad and on the PC a window indicating the message 'AddDataDLErr' appears.

When does the problem occur?
If the PC uses a parameter channel on the CAN system bus and the second parameter channel is also used for SDO communication, e. g. by a HMI.

Possible diagnostics?
The error is displayed on an inserted keypad. The aborted transmission is signalled in DDS by a message window indicating: 'Communication error (41218): It has been logged off'.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Before starting a project download, create a point-to-point connection between PC and target system (remove the HMI from the CAN network).

Evaluation:
The error only occurs during commissioning or trouble shooting if the DDS project has been used just before and thus projects have been downloaded repeatedly.
