What happens?
Process data are not cyclically transferred from the keypad to the drive, although the CAN interface of the keypad is operational and a cycle time > 0 has been set.
When does the problem occur?
As long as the corresponding process data channel of the first (highest) controller is not set to cyclic transfer in the project manager of the HMI Designer, process data are not cyclically transferred to the controllers connected to the CAN port.

Set the process data channels of the first controller to cyclic transfer.
Evaluation:
Using process data channels to communicate with a keypad is an exception. In general, parameter channels are used to transfer data from the keypad to the controller. This function restriction can be avoided by taking the measures as described above.
