Wrong status of the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable (elimination)

Which products are affected?
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC Version 6.3 DSMC control board)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 6.3 DSMC control board)
EPL-10200-EI (Drive PLC Version 6.3)

Eliminated function restriction:
The CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable always sends a 'TRUE' signal as soon as the onboard system bus is in the 'Off State' status.

Which products are affected?
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC Version 2.3)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 2.3)
EPL-10200 (Drive PLC Version 6.1)

What happens?
The CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable sends once a 'TRUE' signal if the onboard system bus is in the 'Off State' status. The signal does not change back to 'FALSE' if the onboard system bus is in another status (e.g. Operational).

When does the problem occur?
If the onboard system bus changes to the status 'OffState' (C0359 = 3) for the first time the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable sends a 'TRUE' signal. If the status of the system bus changes (e.g. Pre-Operational) the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b variable is not set to 'FALSE'. The value of the system variable remains unchanged until mains connection.

Possible diagnostics?
Compare the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable with code C0359 (status system bus). Read out code C0359 by using the function block L_ParRead. If the value is unequal 3 (BusOff) the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b system variable must have the status 'FALSE'.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Do not evaluate the 'OffState' status of the system bus via the CAN_bCe4BusOffState_b variable but read out code C0359 by using the function block L_ParRead. If the value is = 3 the system bus is in the 'BusOff' status.

Evaluation:
The error does not affect the drive controller. The status of the onboard system bus can always be checked by reading out code C0359.
