How is the reaction?
In applications with intermittent operation of the motion profile drifts have occurred in the configuration under certain conditions.
When does the problem occur?
These conditions which had to appear simultaneously are mentioned below:
- absolute data model for saving the profile data
- backwards running master angle
- synchronised stretching and compression of the y-axis activated
- cycle operation of the profile via CDATA-XRESET
Possible diagnostics?
After some cycle rotations the drive is not at the defined hold point anymore.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
The function has been corrected. Drifts do not occur any more.
