Monitoring function of the 2133IB profibus with 9300

Question:

What possibilities are there to monitor the profibus interface (2133IB profibus module) at the AIF of the 9300 drive controller?

Answer:

There are following possibilities to monitor the profibus interface:

1. Monitoring, if the 2133IB module is plugged to the 9300 drive controller:

The 'AIF' automation interface of the 9300 enables a monitoring of the communication errors. The CEO monitoring for communication errors is activated via code C0126. The activation is made under C0126 by selection of the error 'TRIP'.

Setting under C0126:
  • 0: Error 'TRIP' (controller inhibit)
  • 2: Error 'Warning'
  • 3: No error (default setting)

2. Monitoring, if the profibus works / if the plug is connected to the module:

The drive controller's reaction is supposed to be activated in the profibus module by profibus parameter (Index 6004hex). As default setting 'without reaction' is parameterised - possible reactions: RSP, QSP

Attention:
Are you working with  9300 ServoPLC,  you must programmed a connection between the system functionblocks AIF1 and DCTRL.
( DCTRL_wAIF1Ctrl = AIF1_wDctrlCTRL ; AIF1_wDctrlStat = DCTRL_wStat )
