The bMctrlTorqueMax signal at the LS_DeviceMonitor without function, error response to maximum torque reached without function (eliminated from V5.0 onwards)

Eliminated from:
StateLine / HighLine with firmware version V05.01 or higher

Behaviour of the new version?
Signal can be used, error response as expected

<hr>
Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine / HighLine with FW < 05.01

What happens?
When the maximum torque (C0057) is reached, bit bMctrlTorqueMax at the LS_DeviceMonitor is not set to TRUE and the error response set in C0608 is not triggered.

When does the problem occur?
When applications including torque evaluation are used. The behaviour affects all motor control modes. The LS_DeviceMonitor is not included in the applications which are part of the scope of supply.

Possible diagnostics?
Comparison of the actual torque value, C0056/2, and the maximum torque, C0057.

Short-term measures / recommendations?
The bit can be generated using an L_Compare function block. An error response can be triggered via the LS_SetError block.

Evaluation:
Seldom used function, please use the workaround instead.
